How Privacy Works

Stage 1 (local): The PDF is parsed and text is extracted in your browser. This happens entirely on your device. The original PDF file is not sent anywhere.
Stage 2 (server): When you ask a question, the extracted text (or relevant portions) is sent to MiOffice's AI servers for processing. The AI generates an answer based on this text. The content is not stored after processing is complete — it is deleted immediately.
